Black Empire Limo ("we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have under Quebec's Law 25 and the EU GDPR.
Information We Collect
When you request a booking or quote, we collect your name and phone number, your email address if you choose to provide it, your pickup and drop-off addresses, your trip date, time, and details, and any notes you share with us.
We do not collect payment card details on this site. When online payment is enabled, it is processed securely by Stripe under their own privacy terms.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to arrange and confirm your chauffeur service, to communicate with you (primarily by WhatsApp, and by email if provided), to provide customer support, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We never sell your personal information.
Data Retention
We keep booking information only as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal and tax obligations (typically up to seven years for accounting records), after which it is securely deleted.
Your Rights (Quebec Law 25)
You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also request information about how your data is processed.

For EU Visitors (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. The legal basis for processing your booking data is the performance of a contract and your consent.

We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites — no consent is required under Law 25.
